Randstad Education are currently looking to recruit a secondary school cover supervisor to work in an outstanding secondary school in Cheshire East from May 2016 on a day to day basis.
This student centred role which involves supervising classes of children when teachers are absent, but also involves administrative support for our departmental teams. The role of a cover supervisor is a very important role in the school and you will be expected to deliver lessons that have been set and be responsible for ensuring appropiate behaviour amongst 11 - 16 year old students. The students at this school are bright, articulate and fun to be with and this role offers diverse opportunities to develop and support them.
This position is a term time only position and the hours of work are approximately 8:30 - 3:30, Monday - Friday. This position is ideal for graduates who are looking to gain paid school experience to help with their PGCE applications.
