Our client, one of the UK’s leading Outsourcing specialists, is searching for experienced Inbound call handler for their inbound call handling services. Acting on behalf of their clients they manage calls as part of their outsourced call centre services providing callers with a 24hr team to manage their clients’ calls, taking incident details & where required escalating the incident by either transferring the calls or dispatching an onsite visit.
This is a highly varied role enjoyed for individuals with experience of managing a high volume of important and sensitive nature calls. The role requires diligence professionalism & empathy together with composure, focus, and an overall willingness to understand the requirements of the caller and act accordingly to the information given.
What will I be doing as an Customer Service Advisor?
•Managing upwards of 150 calls a shift
•Taking all information diligently from the calls
•Acting in accordance with the escalation process to resolve matters quickly
•Record all caller information in the CRM in real time
•Providing outstanding service via to both the callers & our clients alike
•Identifying and passing on incident calls to relevant people
What will I need to apply?
•A very professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
•Good time management and follow-up skills, including, the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output
•Excellent computer,
•Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with callers issues/ complaints, including, patience,
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Good team player including the demonstrated ability to contribute to and foster a positive work environment
