JOB TITLE: Case Managers

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Up to £26,000 per annum, plus 25 days holiday a year, a great friendly working environment and recognition for the good things you do.

WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

 

THE COMPANY: Our client is an innovative and growing online mortgage broker company based in Southport, Merseyside. They work with landlords all over the UK from Aberdeen to Brighton and finance buy to let properties of all shapes and sizes, worth from £40k to £3m. They have a strong focus on customer service and promote team working in a busy yet rewarding, informal environment. Due to expansion they are currently looking to recruit Case Managers to join their friendly team.

 

THE ROLE: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and growing company based in Southport Merseyside. Working as a Case Manager your role is integral to ensuring clients receive the high level of customer service the company promote, to help them maintain their great reputation. You will work directly with the Mortgage Brokers, allowing clients to receive a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. You'll be part of a friendly team in an informal, fun work environment with real opportunities for progression.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Case Managers to include:-

  • Answering queries by phone from clients, brokers, lenders and solicitors

  • Proof reading applications, ensuring all relevant data is captured and accurate

  • Processing mortgage applications from start to finish

  • Taking an interest in the bigger picture of the company and upholding their ethic to deliver excellent customer service

  • Prioritising your workload efficiently to meet deadlines.

 

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the Case Manager role will be an administration supremo with excellent attention to detail. You will enjoy working in an informal environment without micro management and will be able to effectively manage your own diary.

 

Key skills/experience essential for Case Managers role:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial capacity

  • Computer literate

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Great attention to detail
