The Role
You will be responsible in assisting with the successful delivery of field projects ensuring that they run to agreed timelines and budgets. The position involves external liaison with clients and suppliers both nationally and internationally.
Previous experience in organisational administration roles preferred, ideally within a healthcare related setting.
Key responsibilities:-
- To manage multiple projects from inception to completion and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Book central location viewing and video-conferencing facilities as required to the individual project.
- Liaise with freelancers and recruiters to provide project updates
- Maintain and update information on excel spreadsheets and update information on project templates
- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails
- Correlate lists of potential respondents for recruitment
- Collect and return completed interviews to the client which includes uploading onto FTP sites or other means to transfer data
- Record all project activity and keep internal records up to date
- Collect and return consent forms
