Technical Sales Manager - Home Based
A number of Technical Sales Managers are required for our Vibratory Mass Finishing division. As you will be responsible for sales in an allocated region it is very likely that you will work from your home office base.
You will be required to sell and promote our range of vibratory mass finishing consumables and equipment to a wide range of component manufacturers predominately in hi-tech industries such as aerospace, automotive and medical.
The role of Technical Sales Manager:
- Develop sales opportunities
- Achieve (realistic) sales targets
- Visit existing customers and prospects
- Assist with customer visits to our demonstration centre
- Attend exhibitions/workshops
- Report regularly to the General Manager
- Devise/support marketing strategies for your sales territory
- Attend sales meetings
The ideal Sales Manager:
- Knowledge and experience of the vibratory mass finishing industry or similar surface preparation techniques would be an advantage
- A university degree in engineering or a minimum of seven years related sales experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivation
- Good working knowledge of a CRM system
