We are excited to be searching for a Display and Paid Social Manager. In role you will be responsible for owning the delivery of training and the production of best practice collateral across key paid media channels (Display and Paid Social). The major duties of this job will involve much structure, require attention to detail and must be done correctly whilst working to a deadline in a fast pace environment.

The role
- Training, mentoring all new starters across Display and Paid Social (Primary focus on GDN & Facebook
- Delivering training to in-house marketing teams as required
- Supporting in developing the way we train teams across products
- Proactively liaising with partners such as Google, Facebook, DBM and Twitter to understand new product releases, educating and supporting our teams throughout implementation, testing and rollout
- Developing processes and best practice documentation to support such releases
- Supporting with the launch of our proprietary technology to both clients in-house marketing teams and our marketing teams
- Supporting the client delivery team as required
- Support in the development of new ideas for how we can improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support in the development of the in-house/client training academy
- Proactively thought leading, through regular blog pieces and contribution to the quarterly Google newsletter
- Support in understanding the paid media technological landscape to assist in improving operational effectives

Desired Skills and Experience
- GDN, DMB and Facebook experience at a level you could train others
- Experience using Yahoo, Twitter and Instagram
- Experience operating within a Programatic
- You will have strong communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Process orientated and driven to achieve in a specialist role
- Know your OMP from your DSP
- Previous experience in a similar role (can be an executive looking for a step up)
