Big Life Enterprises, our social enterprise which helps people with barriers to work find sustainable employment has contributed to that growth. We have recently secured two new contracts and are seeking a Performance and Employability Manager to lead on employability activity and drive performance, working across all of our commissioned services;

These are;
Working Well Pilot
Working Well Expansion
Greater Manchester Skills for Employment Pilot

The successful candidates will directly manage the work of Employability Team Leaders and be responsible for the operational management and performance of our Employability Team. This team provides 1:1 and group interventions to clients that are ready for work and undertakes employer engagement to provide the job opportunities that our clients need.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing short and long term projects which contribute to the achievement of our performance and business objectives.
