We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the MCS team based in Southport, although this opportunity will involve working at customer premises throughout the Merseyside Area.
You must have proven experience in delivering high quality service and support in the following areas :
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware/software problems, analysing customer requirements and recommending professional IT solutions.
- Maintenance and support of Microsoft Windows Server Software, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and other server applications.
- Installing, supporting and resolving issues of Servers, PCs, Printers, Anti Virus Software, Backup Devices, Switches and Routers.

- Clean full UK driving license
