Our client is currently recruiting for a Investment & Pensions Administrator working full time to join a vibrant and friendly administration team based in Chippenham. Offering a starting salary of £18,000 per annum, however they are more than happy to consider a higher salary for the perfect candidate!

What you need...
• GCSE’s Maths and English grades B or above
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office, specifically Excel & Word
• Professional telephone manner & strong customer service skills
• Organisational skills
• Comfortable working to strict deadlines under pressure

It would be fantastic if you came from a financial services background, but don’t worry if you don’t, any extra training needed will be provided!

The role
As an Investment & Pensions Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Advisors within the firm this will include the following:
• Corresponding with policy providers on behalf of the client
• Corresponding and liaising with clients
• Submitting any new business on behalf of the client
• Facilitating the annual review process of clients
• Processing new client information in preparation for their meetings
• Using programmes including Distribution Technology, OM Profiler and Microsoft Office to provide clients with and overview to their investment performance
• Developing new processes through a continuous improvement mindset
• Basic admin duties as required.
