FINTEC recruit is looking for Restaurant and Events Manager for our client, a prestigious hotel complex in the Worcestershire region. You will be an ambassador of the hotel with true passion for providing a memorable experience to guests and exceeding their expectations.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Restaurant and Events Manager your responsibilities will include the following:-
- Managing the 2AA Rosette Restaurant and developing an enthusiastic Front of House team
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff, producing staff rotas
- Managing budgets
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Taking reservations
- Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities
