Client Success Consultant - Manchester
Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract position, which may have the potential to become a permanent role in future.

So, what will I actually be doing?
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients and implementation of our cloud-based solutions.
As a Client Success Consultant, your key responsibility is to own the senior operational relationship within a defined patch of customers. You will be the point of escalation when required, and will meet with clients on a regular basis to monitor and prove the value of our RentSense software.
You will also be responsible for:
* Monitoring and improvement of customer success.
* Maintain a schedule of "ask the CSC" sessions in line with agreed timetable, once the tools are available
* Have a formal monthly call with all clients within your patch to ensure all is in order and solution is correctly utilised.
* Define requirements for service upgrades (e.g. texting services) where the client purchases
* Train end users where requested or as part of a project
* Conduct testing with clients where a software update or amendment is made.
* Liaise with the sales team if there are significant new opportunities within the client
* Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
* Analyse relevant data to determine customer service outputs
* Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
Remuneration
As a service orientated individual, you will thrive on providing a world class experience to our clients, ensuring our project delivery is right first time and within defined parameters. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn a performance related bonus, based on completion of workload against agreed service-related targets. Other perks such as pension and cycle to work scheme are also included. When in the office, you will normally work standard office hours, Monday to Friday, however we do have flexible working hours to find a pattern which fits you.

Please note - although your core location is Manchester, extensive UK travel will be required.
