Telephone Call Handler

Dransfields - A major National gaming machine Company require two part time call handlers

Working as a member of a two person team in an office in the Cobalt Business Park, you will be responsible for taking service calls from customers and passing them to service engineers using our own bespoke IT system.

You must be reasonably computer literate with a confident and friendly telephone manner.

Previous experience of telephone call handling would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours of work are flexible within shift patterns covering the following time periods:

Monday to Friday 5pm to 9.30pm

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 9.30am to 9.30pm

In addition to salary, you will receive an additional 3% pension contribution
