Our client, an award winning, boutique, Bridging Finance brokerage is seeking an ambitious, passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their established team during an exciting period of expansion.

As an experienced Business Development Manager you will assume responsibility for developing and managing a network of third party introducer relationships and end-user customers, proactively protect existing business volumes and grow revenue from existing introducers whilst simultaneously developing new intermediaries and business networks in order to exceed new business targets and develop a strong presence in the territory.

With a primary focus on broker management, new business and managing introducer accounts, you will also be involved in producing a plan to define how new business targets will be achieved, identify, qualify & pursue new target intermediaries in the region and develop relationships at all levels with intermediaries

Key duties will include:

  • Management of existing 3rd party introductory relationships in a manner that builds customer loyalty, satisfaction and delivers a regular flow of business.
  • Sourcing of and development of new 3rd party relationships in the manner above.
  • Delivery of a consistent and excellent customer experience.

You will also be involved in networking both internally and externally to build key introducer relationships and increase business

You will be self-motivated with the ability to take on a proactive approach and work efficiently without supervision and have the dynamism and drive to go out and get new business.

Salary £30,000 to £40,000 plus bonus, benefits, car allowance and achievable OTE in excess of £80,000
