OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME)
EAP INTERNATIONAL LTD – HEYWOOD OL10
EAP International Limited is a stockist and distributor of seals and gaskets. A vacancy has arisen for an office administrator to support our small office team.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Answering the telephone
Data input on business operating system
Dealing with customer account queries
Administrative support to HR function
Ordering office supplies/stationery
Record keeping
Filing
General office duties
Required skills:
PC literate with experience and knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook as a minimum
Excellent organisational skills with a thorough and methodical attitude to work
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
Excellent numeracy skills
Adaptable to work demands, willing to learn and a cooperative attitude.
A current CV is required and any gaps in employment must be explained.
Salary: £9 per hour
Hours: 10 hours per week, days as agreed
