Collections Executive

Our client are seeking experienced collections agents to join the business during this exciting period of growth. As a collections agent, you will join an established and professional team of people, who are passionate about ensuring the best possible customer experience when managing customers who have fallen into account arrears and are struggling to repay their debt.

Our client wish to receive applications from individuals who mirror their values and have prior relevant experience within a collections role, from either a financial services or utilities environment. Commitment to past employers is crucial and you must be able to pass a full background check, to include exemplary references and a credit / check.

We are looking to consider candidates with experience within Sales and negotiation based employment. Also candidates with a strong background of Financial service, and a solid knowledge of FCA regualtions.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a Rota Basis 9am to 2pm
