Vallum Farm are currently recruiting for the following position
HEAD CHEF
£23,000 plus tips / Vallum Restaurant & Chef’s Room
An exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to run our kitchen at Vallum Farm. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive forward the development of the restaurant.
This is a role where work/life balance is paramount; working five days (Wednesday to Sunday) but only two evening shifts.
You will engage with our resident gardeners in our very own Kitchen Garden with its stunning Tyne Valley backdrop to create beautiful produce to showcase through evolving, seasonal menus. Part of our ethos at Vallum is ‘Field to Fork’ dining, and as Head Chef you would be expected to promote this throughout your kitchen team.
