They are experts in out of the classroom learning - it is their 30 years of experience listening to and meeting teachers' needs, combined with their ability to deliver leading educational programmes which meet curriculum standards and teachers' objectives which make them an expert provider, welcoming schools back year after year.

They are currently looking for a Product Delivery Specialist to join their team. Responsible for delivering excellent Customer service, via the timely and proactive administration of tailor made or defined package bookings. Customer liaison to ensure that all school groups have a 'best in class' experience which will ensure that they rebook all future tours.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Customer Service
- Accountable for building rapport & relationships with Customers to ensure effective / timely & proactive communications and excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage Customer information internally & externally in a timely manner.
- Having a full understanding of your product to assist the party leader in planning a 'best in class' tour and a well-organised planned itinerary.
- Managing all aspects of pre, mid & post travel administration for your groups.
- Ensure Customer feedback is encouraged, escalated & acted upon in a positive manner & Customer Questionnaires / feedback meet the set company standard.
- Responsible for handling complaints effectively within the company standards

Effective Operating
- Ensure knowledge of destination / products / brand speciality is continually updated, refreshed & enhanced where necessary.
- Continuous feedback of potential improvement of processes to ensure they are efficient & fit for purpose

Operational Support
- Ensuring & facilitating effective communication in a timely / proactive manner with the Transport, H&S, C/S, to ensure customer requirements are accurately & efficiently managed

Sales Support
- Responsible for assisting sales teams with sales when required and meeting targets.
- Undertake all duties in an efficient method & in line with company standards to ensure that Customers are retained & rebook with the portfolio of brands.

Supplier management
- Look at individual area & make recommendations for improvements, to Senior Specialists.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in driving forward Customer Service
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in liaising with customers, colleagues & management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented & fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability and confidence in dealing with customer complaints and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MSOffice.
- Car driver & full, clean licence.
- Office based with regular overseas travel.
- French language skills
