Job Title: Security Trainer

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum with consideration to the above criteria.

Job Role:

Based from the company's Regional Office in Birmingham they're looking for an enthusiastic Security Trainer to join their diverse and experienced training team. The ideal candidate will be confident and energetic with a passion for teaching and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the delivery of SIA approved training and/or design of courses to meet our training needs.
• This includes specific training such as retail skills, customer service and MG11.

Key Requirements:

The company is a fast paced and flexible working environment that needs a person who can commit to delivering excellence to last minute assignments at any location within the region, with the possibility for overnight stays.

The successful candidate will have:

• The ideal job holder will hold an SIA licence-linked qualification: 'Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector' (PTLLS) or a recognised equivalent and/or higher level teaching qualification.
• NQF or QCF Level 3 qualification in the delivery of conflict management training. Including Edexcel Level 3 BTEC Certificate in Conflict Management Training or City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate for Deliverers of Conflict Management Training.
• Successful candidate must hold an appropriate valid frontline SIA Licence and UK/ EEA Driving Licence
• Exceptional standards of written English communication, confident verbal and listening skills and the ability to identify, design and deliver training material to fit training needs.
• IT literate, ability to use Microsoft packages to a good stand to produce training material
