Long term School Administrator job at a primary school in Manchester. The job is to start in April 2016 and will be until July 2016 when the school will be able to make a permanent appointment from September 2016.
This job is to provide interim cover until the school can appoint.
This two form entry primary school in Manchester is a popular school which enjoys the confidence of parents and carers in the very diverse local community it serves. The school celebrates success and is rightly proud of the pupils achievements.
This primary school is looking to appoint an experienced School Administrator to fill this busy and diverse role. The person appointed will be responsible to the School Business Manager and they will be expected to support the following areas and activities:
*Administration Duties
*Financial Duties
*Personnel Duties
*Data Management
*Buildings and Estates Duties
*Support for the school
The successful candidate must have:
*Previous experience of SIMS packages
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills
*The ability to relate well to children and adults alike
*Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
