Quarry Manager
We are seeking a Quarry Manager for our Limestone Quarry at Denbigh North Wales capable of producing in excess of 200,000 tonnes per annum of high quality single size and sub-base products.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position offers a challenging opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic individual with a “go getting” mentality who wants to join a very personal and progressive company. You will also be comfortable with a hands-on-role to drive forward our health and safety culture as well as being focussed on the needs of our customers. The production method is conventional drilling and blasting with a team of contracts crushing and screening a wide range of quality products.
Previous experience in a managerial role and experience in Asphalt and Concrete would be an advantage. A formal qualification such as SHE NVQ4, QCF 6, DAPS, Blast supervision, NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent would be a strong advantage.
