Headteacher

As Headteacher you will be responsible for leading teaching and learning, and maintaining excellent standards of school management within the campus across Key Stages 2 - 5. The role is supported by a National Support Office, Regional Principal and Board of Trustees. With excellent campus facilities this is a fantastic opportunity to help move the organisation forward.

The successful candidate will:
Have evidenced experience of raising student achievement via leadership and coaching of staff
Have a relentless drive for improved teaching practices in the classroom
Have the student at the heart of everything you do and lead by example
Respect the school's ethos, goals and values
Have excellent communication skills
Have a knowledge of and passion for Self Directed Learning Principles
Have a thorough understanding of current best practice and developments in education
Be able to manage all aspects of daily school organisation.
