An Academy in East London is seeking to appoint a Head of History on a full time permanent contract from September or sooner if available.
You will lead the History curriculum and your fellow History teachers.
The salary will be in-line with the teachers main pay scale, dependent on experience, and will include a health cash plan and added benefits unique to the academy.
Pupils are taught from Keys Stage 2 right through to Key Stage 5. You will be joining a highly dedicated team of staff who strive for the best from their pupils. Innovative and multi-sensory lessons are key in their approach to teaching and you will be provided with CPD opportunities to help you succeed. Being able to effectively communicate is a key life skill and therefore the Academy specialises in English and Performing Arts.
