Compliance Manager

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Compliance Manager for our client in the Golf Leisure sector. This is a permanent vacancy with Salary is up to £40,000 depending on experience. The role for Compliance Manager is to ensure that the organisation is compliant with current sports, legal and equality legislation and policies are in place and adhered to. You require to have legal knowledge and experience in managing deadlines and implementing procedures and policies across the organisation.

Role and Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the Compliance Manager will include the following -

Maintaining disciplinary, equality and other regulatory conditions for the sector

• Support in compliance for the organisation with legal issues on governance in line with operating clubs and sports facilities
• Able to manage conflicting deadlines and deal with commercial contracts, company law and litigation issues that may arise

The ideal candidate for the Compliance Manger role will have

• Experience of working in a golfing or sports context
• Experience of building relationships and working with partners to ensure compliance
• Outstanding communication skill
• Strong organisational skills and be IT literate
