Client and Pet Care Advisor (Veterinary Receptionist)

Our client requires a Receptionist to join their Veterinary practice based in the Dudley area. The position is Full Time (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive salary at £8.50 per hour (£16,757). Job share considered.

Essential Criteria

• Friendly, positive, professional, empathetic and warm attitude towards owners and their pets

• Team player, able to fit in and complement our existing (and awesome) team

• Previous Veterinary reception experience

• Able to cope with the highs and lows of pet's lives, prepared to be hands on with pets visiting the practice

• PC literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Outlook

• Able to multi task and cope under pressure whilst consistently delivery high standards of care and service. 100% reliable

• Able to work within the team to cover shifts 8am - 8pm (e.g. 8am - 4pm, 12pm - 8pm) and weekends if needed. Job shared considered.

• Able to travel to any of our clients branches (Dudley, Lye, Sedgley, Quinton, Oldbury) if needed

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Within 30 minutes' travel of Dudley branch

• Own transport
