Inbound Contact Centre Advisor

Monday to Friday - 8am to 8pm, Saturday - 9am to 5pm Sunday - 10am to 4pm

Start Date 21st March 2016

Salary £14,365 to £14,827 plus 20% shift allowance

Our clients Contact Centre is at the heart of their business, providing first point of contact for our customers.

  • People with a flexible attitude.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • You have ideally worked in a customer service environment before but not necessarily a contact centre.

  • You have the ability to problem solve.

Other information

You will be required to work flexibly over a shift pattern during the operating hours and are rewarded with a 20% shift allowance in addition to your basic salary.

Contact centre opening hours:

Monday to Friday - 8am to 8pm, Saturday - 9am to 5pm Sunday - 10am to 4pm

Working Hours:

3 week rota pattern 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm and 12pm - 8pm including weekends.
