We are in need of PHP contractors to help bring this exciting project to a conclusion. We are building the 4th generation of our SaaS solutions. 

You will need to be creative, forward thinking and structured. Both team work and individual input will be required and any contribution you bring will be an asset to the business. 

You will, of course, need a “can do” attitude, but also be able to see both the serious and lighter side of the job. We will expect you to use your experience to help the development of this exciting and rapidly growing business. We need the best, so you must be able to provide relevant commercial experience, preferably with examples of work you have completed or are currently working on.

We provide outsource solutions for many large organisations within the UK and across Europe. These companies need our experience and knowledge to provide solutions that their IT departments cannot offer. We pride ourselves on our technical ability to create solutions by providing the highest level of innovation and quality control to satisfy complex requirements accurately and on time.

You will form part of our Technical Team, using your skills to implement new projects and update existing systems, and to provide assistance to other members of the team. You will need to be able to program from a blank sheet, be quick, accurate and commercially aware. Customer-facing experience would also be helpful.

You must be highly proficient in the following technologies:

> PHP 5
> MySQL
> HTML
> CSS
> JavaScript, especially jQuery

You must have a good working knowledge of the following technologies:

> Less
> Virtual environment technologies, preferably Vagrant and Puppet
> Agile methodologies

Experience of any of the following would be advantageous:

> Version control systems, preferably SVN
> Kanban
> Eclipse
> VB/VBA
> XML
> EDI
> SOAP/cURL
> Linux environments
> PHPUnit
> MVC patterns
> CodeIgniter
> Design patterns
> SAP or similar ERP systems

You may have worked in the following capacities:
PHP Software Developer, PHP Programmer, PHP Software Engineer, Fin-Tech Developer, Financial Applications Developer.
