FINTEC recruit is seeking an Operations Manager for our client in the hospitality sector. This is located in the Highland Region in the North of Scotland. This is a permanent role and on offer is a salary of circa £24,000.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager your duties will include: -
- Manage, plan and co-ordinate all service preparation and delivery to ensure guests expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Ensure excellent communication is coordinated by managing, daily, weekly briefing sessions and meetings with team, head chef, managers as necessary.
- Manage and co-ordinate efficient stock within required budgets and agreed suppliers.
- Mange a quality control and bench marking audit process to ensure a continuous level of improvement.
- To take responsibility in the absence of the Operations Manager and to confidently handle any issues that arise.
- To ensure a continuous level of self-development and ensure goals, objectives and targets are set for yourself on a regular basis.
- To assist with the training of each new member of the team to ensure they are confident, capable and productive in their new role along with providing continuous training development.
- To assist with the continuous development training of every member of the team and ensure appraisal and development areas are supported.
- Develop, encourage and motivate the team to ensure that they are working productively and efficiently.
