Lifeline Project has an exciting opportunity for a Services Manager to join our team in Kirklees. Working 35 hours per week, the successful applicant will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a salary of £40,217 - £49,292 per annum.
We are seeking a dynamic experienced Services Manager with excellent leadership skills to shape the newly commissioned services across Kirklees. Providing leadership and quality management to site managers and key staff, you will ensure that current high performance is built upon and is ever more responsive to the needs of Kirklees residents and partners. Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience required by our Services Manager:
- Significant experience of managing or coordinating substantial or multi-site services for adults in an health and social care or similar setting (employment, charity, criminal justice)
- Experience of data management, case management, and good governance
- Relevant degree or professional qualification (NVQ 4 minimum) or comparable experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the local and policy infrastructure related to people affected by health inequalities or challenging health behaviours
- Knowledge of local health & wellbeing provision and networks (e.g. statutory, employment, training and education, peer support, housing) in supporting wellbeing and recovery
- Knowledge and understanding of policies related to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults
- Ability to identify and nurture potential in others, and conversely to challenge and resolve issues of problematic behaviour or performance
- Ability to develop and manage appropriate interventions and programmes for substance misusers in collaboration with partners within a wider health and social care context
- Ability to engage with local communities and develop quality services that meet the needs of people from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment and empathy with clients and service users of Lifeline Project

Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience required by our Services Manager:
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- A working knowledge of the role of drug and alcohol policy and provision
You must be able to travel across a range of geographical sites on occasion.
