Trade Counter Clerk / Warehouseman – Circa £18k
Our client is part of a larger Group who is the country’s leading distributor of Floor covering in the UK. Customers are Independent Retailers and Contractors located throughout the country. Their continued development will see the opening shortly of their new Trade Counter and Distribution facility in Hull and are looking to recruit individuals keen to grow with this business and realise its full potential
Trade Counter Clerk / Warehouseman
The duties will generally be to serve customers, processing & picking orders either over the phone or face to face, whilst assisting the Trade Counter Manager in the general running of the depot.
Successful Candidates will need
- To be educated to GCSE standard as a minimum & have the ability to communicate with customers & colleagues effectively & demonstrate computer literacy.
- A full current driving licence & a forklift license.
Knowledge of the floor covering trade is not absolutely essential but would be a considerable advantage.
