Fantastic opportunities have arisen for Dispensers to join an established chain of chemists. Based in Barnoldswick, the successful Dispensers will work full-time, earning a competitive salary, dependant on experience. Please note that part-time positions are also available.

As a Dispenser you will quickly build rapport and develop relationships with customers from all walks of life while meeting their unique healthcare needs. In order to achieve this, the successful Dispensers’ core duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Helping customers in the dispensary and across the medicine counter
• Participating in the Healthy Living promotion and all essential and advanced services
• Dealing with collections, deliveries and walk ins
• Delivering healthcare advice and assisting with sales and product displays
• Acting as a first point of contact for customers

The successful Dispenser will have demonstrable experience in a similar role at a chemist, with a NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services. In addition, you will possess the following key skills and experience:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of MDS and MDA
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Sociable with a good sense of humour – while still having the ability to get the job done
