Three City studios in Leeds, Manchester & Middlesbrough with over 15,000 customers per year in this busy environment.

One of the market leaders within this glamorous  industry, a unique opportunity has arisen to work closely with the Senior Bookkeeping in a relaxed environment at  the directors home office away from the city centre locations for one day per week  - Tuesday  - 9.30am -5.30pm

The ideal candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of sage 50 and double entry Bookkeeping with a strong accounts background and able to work to monthly deadlines.

Experience in cash accounting would be usefull.

​You will be responsible for

• Purchase Ledger – Inputting and reconciliation of supplier accounts for 4 companies.
• Deal with purchase enquiries and resolve ledger quieries.
• Make BACS or cheque payments to suppliers
• Put nominal codes on invoices , check and reconcile supplier invoices and statements.
• Managing and processing Pay-pal payments & balances and the petty cash fund for all studios.
• Maintaining an orderly accounting filing system.
• Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
• Process staff expenses via credit cards and petty cash.
