Are you the Children’s Services leader we are looking for?

A rare opportunity has arisen to join Barnardo’s in a highly influential leadership role.

As Director, you will be responsible for over 500 staff, and an operational budget of £15 million, leading our work across a wide range of children’s services. Your senior team works in all parts of Cymru, leading and managing the locality-based delivery of our services. Competency in the Welsh language is desirable.

Reporting to the Corporate Director (Celtic Nations), you will be a member of the UK-wide Children’s Services Management Team and contribute to key areas of strategic development. You should truly support our basis and values, and be the sort of leader who thrives on collaborative working with colleagues, within and outside the organization, sustaining and developing creative and effective partnerships.
