Customer Services Team Administrator
Customer Services Team AdministratorSalary: £15,870 - £16,200 pa Required to provide a range of Administrative, Customer Service, Postal, Advice and Guidance and duties.This is a full time role required to cover maternity leave from 25th April 2016 to 24th February 2017.
Major tasks include:
Team Administration - Providing administrative support for both the School Liaison and Adult Education teams and duties associated with delivering front of house services.
Enrolment and Events Support - Supporting the Adult Education and School Liaison team with student enrolments at busy times of year.
Telephone Duties- operating the main college switch board and acting as the first point of contact for college customers
Front of House Customer Services - to greet and advise customers at reception during busy periods (duties undertaken on a rota / shift basis during the 8.30am - 5pm working week)
Postal Duties incoming and outgoing post for the whole college
It is essential that you hold a minimum of Level 2 qualification in Customer Service/Receptionist Service together with a minimum of Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
Experience of working in a fast moving front of house position together with experience of switchboard is also essential.
