With this in mind, they have a number of exciting opportunities for an Aluminium Fabricator to join them at their site in Rotherham.

As Aluminium Fabricator, you will assist the Operations Production Manager in all aspects of Fabrication of Aluminium Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall in line with the departmental production schedule which will involve the use of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drill.

You will provide Technical Support to both the Aluminium Fabrication Team and the overall business and will ensure all Internal Maintenance is performed daily and report all Maintenance issues to the Line Manager. Whilst adopting a flexible approach to both tasks within the department and overtime where required, you will ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.

This role will require a consistent positive and flexible approach to the work and a willingness to react swiftly to specific demands in order to assist with the smooth running of the department and its interaction with other areas of the business.

In order to be successful in this role, candidates should possess a high degree of product knowledge in a variety of aluminium systems, predominantly Technal, Metal Tech and Schueco, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an aluminium fabrication based role. You will be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively and will be driven to achieve objectives and will be able to transmit information in a clear, concise and confident manner. It is also essential that candidates are able to demonstrate a health and safety focus, responsiveness and initiative and attention to detail and process.
