Developer

A UK based IT solutions provider operating within the recruitment industry and specialising in the supply of outsourced IT solutions including hosted desktop, infrastructure management, application development and support services, requires a skilled, hard-working and customer-focused individual to join its Professional Services team based in either their Northampton or Central London office.

Responsibilities will be to develop clients recruitment CRM systems and integrations with related products through the use of specific application development tools and industry standard software development applications. With clients at a number of locations in the UK and overseas, support is key to the business and so your communication and customer skills are key as well as a genuine interest in developing knowledge and understanding of their systems and processes.

You will operate in the Professional Services team, working alongside like-minded application and software developers to provide high quality solutions to their client base. In addition you will provide support, technical analysis and consultancy to internal teams, clients and external vendors. A high level of attention to detail is essential as is the drive to consistently achieve the highest quality of service delivery to all.

Experience with development in one or more of the following areas is essential, but full training will be given where necessary:

- Recruitment CRMs such as Adapt v11, JobScience, TalentRover, MercuryXRM),
- Related Integrations - such as Daxtra, Broadbean, InTime
- .Net C#
- T-SQL.

You should have a good understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and software development processes and best practices. In addition an understanding of recruitment and the processes commonly used within the industry would be an advantage.
