Insurance Advisor (No cold calling!!!)
£24,500 salary plus uncapped commission (incentives include 5* fully expensed holidays, awards for top sales people, monthly incentives) OTE year 1 £30,000-£35,000

Role Summary
We are looking for a number of strong advisors to work within the sales department. You will converse with all our clients and find them the right policy for their needs through open conversations, not hard selling.
Key responsibilities

Recommend the best suite of protection insurance products

You will be the first representative of LifeSearch to speak to our customers following their enquiry

Conduct a thorough fact find over the phone with the customer to establish their needs

Build rapport to enable you to draw out the customer’s requirements with a consultative approach to sales
Key Requirements

High standards of customer service and integrity

Previous experience in an advisory or consultative B2C position

Proven experience working to targets and KPIs
