Role
Park Chinois is seeking highly skilled Roasting & BBQ chefs at all levels to join its progressive kitchen team. The menu includes a some of the world’s finest Chinese dishes, created to the finest levels of quality, authenticity and standards. The quality of the ingredients and produce is everything. You will be working with seasonal and premium ingredients sourced around the world for their quality. Your appreciation for delivering highly skilled, consistent execution will uphold the ultimate Park Chinois experience.
Prerequisites
The ideal candidate will have culinary training, experience and knowledge of BBQ section, specifically 5 traditional principles of BBQ, using a duck roaster, charcoal and wood-burning oven, or smokers cook in a Chinese style. You need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality dishes, using the finest ingredients in a professional, high volume kitchen operation. Your knowledge of roasting, pan fry, grill, charcoal and BBQ cooking techniques in Chinese cuisine, as well as food hygiene and health safety practice should be of an excellent standard. You will be trained under the supervision of the Development Executive Chef with potential for career development in a renowned London establishment.
Roasting BBQ chef pay rate is £8.50 - £15.00 gross per hour, depending on skills level and previous experience.
