A Project Manager is required to join a forward thinking Kitchen, Bathroom and Home Interiors design, manufacture and Installation Company at an exciting time in their growth.

Responsibilities:
- To maintain a journal of events, meetings, conversations of all key project decision.
- To develop strong relationships with clients that foster client ties.
- To be the single point of contact for the client for each project.
- To attend client meetings on site as required e.g. pre-order, programming, specification, sample etc.
- To ensure at all times that the client is aware of their manufacturing lead times and consequences that can occur when lead times are ignored.
- To develop strong relationships with their installation teams.
- To coordinate and communicate between all members of the project team such as architects, construction personnel,clients facility team.
- To correctly interpret the estimate and tender.
- To develop the full specification from tender stage to completion, including interpreting client design drawings, scopes and definitions and proposing solutions using current and innovative methods.
- To liaise with clients over all aspects of specification clarification, including arranging in house designs and samples, brochures and proposing innovative solutions.
- To maintain a current approved version of the specification for distribution on demand within the company
- To identify, confirm, provide documentation for, and instruct the use of materials to the correct certifications required for construction.
- To troubleshoot and resolving any conflicts between contract order and client expectations.
- To prepare additional quotations, agree specifications and obtain variation orders for works not included in the original contract order and administer to final account.
- To obtain program information and distribute accordingly ensure that all so that all departments achieve the correct timescales.
- To distribute required information to all relevant departments at all stages of the project.
- To provide monthly cost reporting against budget in respect of project expenditure.
- To provide forward cost expectations/forecasts in respect of project expenditure. Negotiating best cost solutions when applicable.
- To maintain a current awareness of applicable new product ranges.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

- You will need to keep those involved on your project motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions at time.
- You will be working with employees, clients and management often spinning multiple place at once.
- You will need to be confident in your cost control and ensure you can report on any aspect project finance.
- You will need to communicate with a wide variety of people using many different platforms.

Qualifications:

- CSCS preferable although training can be provided.
- Degree level or able to demonstrate relevant experience in Project Management.
