Area Sales Manager –  South East

An Area Sales Manager is sought to join this organisation in the leisure industry, covering the South East of England.

The organisation supplies and installs maintenance free decking and fencing to the holiday home and leisure industry all over the UK. They are an established business, set to achieve 100% growth this year.

They are now seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their growing team.  Travel and flexibility are an essential part of the role due to the nature of the business, and the successful Area Sales Manager will be required to spend some weekends away from home.

Title:  Area Sales Manager

Location: South East (field based)

Salary: £24k - £30k basic salary per annum, plus commission, OTE up to £40k

Benefits:  Fully expensed company car

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:

-        Sourcing and securing business opportunities

-        Upholding a customer orientated service

-        Establishing relationships with customers

-        Writing up reports

-        Attending company events

The ideal Area Sales Manager will possess the following:

-        5+ years’ experience in a similar Field Sales role

-        A full driving licence

-        A high level of determination, ambition and motivation

-        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-        The ability to work in a team as well as independently
