FINTEC recruit is seeking a CW Administrative Coordinator based in Cambridge, working within a clinical trials environment. This is a 12 months contract role with a day rate at £109 - £140.

Role and Responsibilities

As a CW Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for administrative support activities, which may include preparing and/or processing technical material / reports / forms / presentations using a variety of software. This will include -

  • Assist supervisors in coordination of management activities such as arranging logistics for on/off site meetings
  • Managing calendars and arranging travel arrangement and reporting
  • Creating and managing purchase orders in SAP system
  • Creating and editing SharePoint site and communications

The ideal candidate for the CW Administrative Coordinator role will have

  • Excellent administrative support experience, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in an office setting
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with Survey Monkey, SAP and SharePoint would be an advantage
