Our client has been steadily growing over the last 8 years and they now have exciting new opportunities in their Sales Team for motivated individuals looking for high earnings. A successful marketing company based in Merseyside, we sell investment land and properties for an overseas Real Estate company. THERE IS NO SET LOCATION FOR THIS ROLE.

Our client believe personality is the key to success in this role and they are looking for team members who embrace their individuality and will bring personality to their role with a high level of confidence. The successful candidate will be a charismatic, determined and motivated individual, who has proven sales skills and previous experience, ideally in property however not necessary.

• Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £50,000+ per annum

Requirements:

• Must have a proven track record of sales experience, real estate is an advantage but not necessary
• Must have a full valid passport and car
• Excellent communication skills
• Impeccable presentation and an enthusiastic approach to work
• A strong work ethic
• The role is a self employed role
• Successful candidates will be requited to attend a 5 week training course in Merseyside
• Candidates must be available to travel abroad on a frequent basis to attend property shows
