A leader in the e-cigarette field is looking for a Product Data Analyst to join their growing team. This is a progressive company who are at the forefront of e-cigarette technology and production.

The post holder will support the management and recording of product regulatory compliance to meet relevant legislation, ensuring in-house compliance and notification data is available for both in-house manufactured and outsourced products, components and commodities, as well as producing, maintaining and interrogating data to ensure that all regulatory commitments can be met.

The role will include:

- Producing, maintaining and developing regulatory data, liaising with colleagues to ensure that data is meaningfully recorded and made available to external agencies.
- Taking ownership of the product database, and developing a full understanding of the businesses obligations within the field of regulatory compliance.
- Analysing product data for both hardware and e-liquid products, ensuring regulatory data sets are meaningfully and fully completed.
- Liaising with engineering and fluid development teams to ensure that new product developments are made with an awareness of the regulatory landscape, within a compliant framework
- Liaising with suppliers and external agencies, ensuring correct and appropriate data is received, recorded and submitted.
- Liaising internally to ensure that database and data collection tools are effectively and efficiently produced and put into service.

Candidates will have a degree or post graduate degree in an appropriate technical/engineering subject. Ideally you will have some regulatory affairs experience; this could be recording and administration of product compliance.

You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate with colleagues in engineering and other disciplines, as well as being comfortable collaborating with outside organisation. A strong self starter you will have a "can do", organised, self motivated attitude. Experience of working with regulatory databases, training or qualification in regulatory affairs is desirable.
