We have an opportunity for an experienced Bids Manager to join a national Law firm in there Cardiff office. As the Bids Manager you will play a key role in the ongoing success of the business by supporting the retention of existing clients and acquisition of new clients and projects across the private and public sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

Identifying, planning and coordinating all aspects of proposals, tenders and presentations in support of client and business development
Liaising with partners and solicitors to review opportunities
Project manage all aspects of proposal responses
Providing guidance on the requirements for tailored responses
Supporting and coaching legal teams in preparation for formal presentations
Monitoring, analysing and reporting on all aspects of tender performance

Duties and Responsibilities Include

Marketing and BD professional
Project management experience
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Proven track record in winning complex and significant business opportunities
Experienced in delivering significant process improvement in all aspects of bids and tenders
