Our office is based in the centre of Manchester and we’re looking for an experienced Training Designer/Co-Ordinator to support our rapid expansion plans by designing e-learning modules and online training content, including the writing and updating of training material. The successful candidate will be able to analyse learning needs and objectives from across the business that will cover a broad spectrum of both soft skills, hard skills and regulatory knowledge; and apply creative and innovative design approaches.

Our Training Designer/Co-Ordinator role is a fantastic opportunity where you will be required to take ownership of and fully administer the learning management system (LMS), including the production of MI, and the coordination of setting, reviewing and evaluating business wide online learning activity for both individuals and groups

As Training Designer/Co-Ordinator it is essential you:

• Understand the L&D practices and the L&D cycle.
• Have experience in e-learning design.
• Have experience in writing training content with particular emphasis on online modules via an LMS
• Understand the use of learning management systems
• Have experience of analysing learning needs and objectives
• Understand of how to review and evaluate the impact of and outcomes of e-learning
• Understand how to develop a company-wide e-learning plan

The successful candidate will:

• Understand the use of social media for learning
• Organise and use video to enhance the learning experience
• Have high attention to detail
• Be able to effectively multi‐task
• Have good planning and organisational skills
• Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be solution focussed
• Be a team player who uses their initiative and is proactive
