Sales Executive - French / Spanish Speaking

They are seeking a new member for their busy Customer Services team, who has Multilingual skills. Ideally French AND Spanish, spoken to native-standard, along with fluency in English. However if you are fluent in either French or Spanish, in addition to English please still apply.

The successful candidate must also have a desire to work in a customer focused environment, be self motivated and demonstrate the willingness to learn. This role requires you to be IT literate (inc Word and Outlook) and possess an excellent telephone manner with good administration skills to match. Must also have the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Previous customer services experience is essential for this role, with the ability to cope in a busy working environment.

This role encompasses many aspects of customer services and you will be employed to take orders over the telephone and answer enquiries. You will be a key member of their friendly team using your own initiative and personality to deliver 100% customer service. They would require you to use your language skills to communicate to all their customers, in English, French and Spanish.

Job Responsibilities

To be based from their offices in Newton Abbot, they wish to recruit a French/Spanish/UK European Sales Executive. Your job will include the following duties and responsibilities

- Grow the customer base in France, Spain and the UK
- To establish and develop a database of leads relevant to growing the customer base
- To promote, cross sell and up sell dance wear products to their existing customers
- Provide customer support to new and existing customers

Candidate Experience/Skills:

- Fluency in English, French AND Spanish
- A tenacious, target driven individual with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a competitive sales team
- Success and results driven with a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service

A full training programme will be provided for the successful candidate.

There may be an opportunity for some travel to attend UK and overseas events.
