Gardener/Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a full time Gardener/Maintenance person to join our new team at Chalfont Dene. As a Gardener you will perform grounds maintenance on site ensuring the highest quality presentation. You will also be required to assist in Maintenance of the buildings, to liaise with contractors on site as well as assisting residents with maintenance and grounds queries.  Candidates must be confident in communicating effectively with colleagues and residents and enjoy working in a values driven environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment, be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work proactively as part of a team.  Must have your own transport.
