Salary £18,000 - £21,000 basic and uncapped commission with OTE of £30,000 - Top earners exceeding £40,000
Do you have the drive and ambition to exceed your targets and become a top performer? Due to our continued growth, we’re looking for highly motivated Telesales Executives to join our client’s Hinckley Sales Office.
On offer is a competitive salary and excellent commission structures (basic salary of up to £21k, with uncapped commission potential and an additional quarterly bonus). Top performing Executives are earning £2000+ in bonuses per month as well as a further £3000 per quarter. You’ll also benefit from 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, incentives and pension scheme.
Our client’s Telesales Executives are at the forefront of the business. They are the experts when it comes to opening the door to new opportunities and booking fully qualified appointments for field agents to attend and close.
As an ambitious and highly motivated Telesales Executive, you’ll already have 12 months B2B Sales experience or 2 years B2C Sales experience, and be ready to take the next step on your career path. A clear and confident communicator, you’ll also have a friendly and professional telephone manner, with good negotiation and fact finding skills to match.
