We've got a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Team Manager to join the Technical/Quality team at our Bradford based, Farmers Boy manufacturing site.

Reporting to the Site Technical Manager you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of a department on shift, ensuring the Health & Safety of all colleagues whilst maintaining and making improvements in all areas.

Our Technical Team Managers do the following:

> Support the Technical Manager in maintaining and improving the factory Quality System
> Restrict the use of any raw material, packaging or finished product that falls outside of the defined 'norms' as specified within the site quality system
> Ensure the factory HACCP system and associated CCP's/PR's are correct, maintained and updated as required
> Ensure that all materials procured and products manufactured and packed, are food safe and conform to both company and legal specifications
> Provide coaching and guidance to your team to ensure development of colleagues and achievement of site KPIs

What do I need to be a successful Technical Team Manager?

> 3-5 years experience in food manufacturing environment
> Auditing experience
> Sound understanding of HACCP and quality systems
> Strong communicator with good inter-personal skills and a team player
> Meat raw material knowledge
> People management skills
