Sales Trainer - Medical

FINTEC recruit is currently seeking a Sales Trainer in the medical/dental field for our client in North England region. This is a field based role with weekly travel within the UK. Office HQ is based in Leeds. Salary range is £28,000 to £35,000 plus benefits and company vehicle. There will be travel within the UK requiring overnight stays and some evening and weekend work.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Trainer your responsibilities will include the following -

• Deliver product sales training, providing training for dental/medical practices.
• Develop clients through training to delivery improved patient recruitment and retention
• Provide sales training and tailor made training solutions
• Design, develop and deliver new training courses to expand the training portfolio for clients
• Work alongside the sales team and consultants ensuring they maximise results of training for business growth
• Provide internal training support

The ideal candidate for the Sales Trainer role will have

• Relevant experience within a training / dental / medical/ sales environment
• Excellent presentational and facilitation skills
• Experience of working with professionals, communicating and influencing to meet objectives
• Working on projects and delivering within specific timescales
• Desirable to hold a CIPG or other equivalent training qualification gained in a dental related field.
• A full driving licence
