Senior Customer Service Operative – Technical Department

Our client a leading supplier in the bathroom trade industry are looking to recruit a tenacious, dynamic and ambitious Senior Customer Service Operative to join their established Technical Department. Reporting to the Operations Director, duties will include dealing with technical related queries over the telephone and via email, raising orders for replacement goods and arranging the despatch of spares along with logging all queries on the database. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to cope under pressure in a fast paced environment and have a high attention to detail. You will be confident and assertive, have experience in a technical based role ideally within the trade industry and knowledge of SAP or Solvitt experience would be an advantage.
